Referral Program Terms and Conditions

A registered member of PrizeRebel.com, may promote and refer new members to join PrizeRebel using the unique personal referral link provided on their account.

For the referral to be considered a valid referral:

• The referral must be new to PrizeRebel and must not have an existing account.
• The referral must have registered an account using the Member's Unique Referral Link.
• The referral must not be within the same household as the referrer.
• The referral may not be registered "on behalf" of the Members.

Referrals or referral points cannot be added to your account retroactively or manually. The validity of a referral is at the sole discretion of PrizeRebel.com. PrizeRebel reserves the right to terminate the account, remove referrals, deactivate a referral link, remove points, and pending rewards if PrizeRebel reasonably believes that one or more terms have been abused or violated.

Members will earn a percentage, based on their level, from their referral earnings. Referral earning is based solely on points earned under the "Earn" tab. This does not include daily challenges, disqualification points, courtesy points, etc.

In promoting PrizeRebel, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements. You must only share your referral link where it is permitted.

• Do not send unsolicited spam emails or other methods of mass communication with your referral link.
• Do not spam your referral link on blog posts, comments, groups, forums, or on any websites and/or applications
• Do not make false or exaggerated claims about PrizeRebel.
• Brand Bidding is strictly forbidden. This includes all site keywords, misspells, etc. Any members found to be bidding on any keywords directly related to PrizeRebel may have their points voided and their referral link deactivated.

Members are responsible for the legitimacy and validity of their referrals. Memberss who generate fraudulent referrals, regardless of methods or intention, may be subject to account termination, loss of earnings, and referral removal.

PrizeRebel reserves the right to change or suspend the referral program at any time.
